Hip hop is based off of story telling and NBL artist Korey Paige is one of the few artists that do it in this day and age. In his project "Remain Parfait" is a story tellers dream project. The 11 track EP is a story of losing family, telling the truth, girls understanding and redemption. In the calming opener  "Committed" he speaks on how people thinks hes doing ok from the pictures he posts when in reality he's not. His passion is deeper now that he's lost a dear friend. Texting his baby mother just trying to get things right. He wants to just get it right. The hardhitting second track "Uzi's" is something else. One side of him wants revenge and the other side is against it. Its like the classic cartoons when the charector has the devil and an angel on two sides telling him to do wrong or right. He doesn't know how to feel when his friend/brother/manager Jamaal isn't here and he's the one that got him to the point where his life is at now. "Its Still crazy seeing your name on t-shirts RIP to Jamaal". Its almost like this is how he's going to get over it by rapping his heart out. Everything he's doing is for him from now on. "They robbed my nigga blew his brains that's is true shit". This whole tape is like an open book to his world and its like he wants his fans to say "It will be ok". This tape is what everyone needs if their going through something. Korey Paige is a talented artist and this might be one of his best projects to date.
