Tommy $wisher is apart of the Nawfside rap collective "Black Klvn". I interviewed the talented young star and this is what we gathered.

1. Where are you from? 

 • I was born in East St.Louis but I was raised in the Bay but I been here for a while now.

2. When did you fall in love with hip hop? 

• Since I was little. I was singing along to songs, then I started writing at 12 but at 14 I started taking it seriously.

3. What made you start rapping?

 • Just listening and I had brothers that were rappers also.

4. What was the first song you knew by heart?

 • T.L.C - Weak At The Knees

5. What is Black Klvn?

 • Black Klvn is a dominate family. It's focusing on family. We compete with ourselves. 

6. What is one of your favorite songs you have recorded?

 • Fat Tony

7. How long does it take you to record?

 • After I write I practice saying it for an hour and I record for 30 mins.

8. Where do you see yourself in a five years?

 • I feel like this year is my year to make it. In five years I want to be one of the greatest.

9.Will be a tape dropping soon?

 • Yes my next tape will be dropping September 11th. 

10. What type of beats do you like rapping over?

 • Trill beats. The beats that catch your attention that no one can compete with.

11. Who are some of your influences?

• To be honest it depends because some of my influences are Gemini's like me. So Kanye West x Kendrick Lamar x Andre 3000. I know it sounds weird. 

12. If you had to listen to one album for the rest of your life what would it be?

 • My Dark Twisted Fantasy - Kanye West. That was a masterpiece.

13. How do you want to be remembered? 

• I want to be remembered as a funny talented guy. He was the greatest but humble enough to fuck with everyone. 

14. What experiences in life have made you who you are today?

 • Im young but I've seen so much. I know how screwed up people can be. People don't want you to succeed. 

15. When everything is said and done what do you want GOD to say to you?

 • If I met GOD all I would want him to say is "I understand" nothing more nothing less.
