Up Close & Personal w/ @ItsJustTheo aka Theo Ferragamo

    I got a chance to catch up with Hustle&Work's own itsJustTheo or his new name Theo Ferragamo, on what has been happening since his last release Euphoria in December. From how did he figure out his sound to why he isn't down with ThirdEye anymore. And can I say it has been a lot. This interview is my most interesting yet.

1. Where are you from?

 - SouthSide Atlanta.

2. What was the first hip hop song you knew from start to finish?

 - Kick, Push by Lupe Fiasco that was my favorite song.

3. How did you figure out your sound?

 - My sound is about to change because of how the city is changing. It's about to be more trap like. On my new tape it's going to stuff you can ride to.

4. Out of all the songs you have recorded what are your favorites?

 - Foreign Whip off of Euphoria x Youngin On His Grind x Green Leaves and Tea

5. Do you have any friends in this game?

 - Yes I do. Will Thumbs Up x MichaelAristotle x Rome Fortune x Ceej x Will Hill x Kosher Beatz x Levi x CompadreRoss x C.Kent.

6. Who do you like collabing with?

 - Young God T, his hooks are the best. 

7.Was there that was ever hard to make?

 - A beat that Ceej gave me that was just so beautiful to the point that I could barely write to it. 

8.Who supports you in this life?

 - Family and everyone who downloads my mixtapes.

9. Are you still skateboarding?

 - Yes I am, but not as often.

10.Everyone in your team has Salvatore in their name on Twitter, is that the name on of a mixtape or song?

 - Salvatore Is the name of my next tape and everyone has it because my team supports me.

11. How long does it take you to record?

 - One take shawty.

 12. Who are your favorite producers?

 - Ceej x Introspective Major, Childish Major, Knowledge x Mitch

13. If you had to listen to 3 albums for the rest of your life what would they be? 

 - Food & Liquor x Illmatic x Reasonable Doubt

14. If you weren't rapping, what would you be doing?

 - Getting money.

15. Who are your influences in music and skateboarding?

 - Paul Rodriguez aka P-Rod his skate style is sick and music wise no one inspires me.

16. You used to be real close with rap collective Third Eye, what happened to that relationship?

 - They weren't working hard enough and Vontae is flaw as fuck. 

17. If you had to stop rapping tomorrow and you had to do one last collab who would it be with? 

  - Absoul.

18. Have you had any doubts about where your music is going?

 - No I'm a very positive thinker.

20. What experiences in life have made you who are today?

 - Learning how to get money.
