I had the pleasure of sitting down with one of Atlanta's newest artists Corey Kent. The interview was pretty dope we talked music as i asked him questions. As you may remember I already have done a interview with Corey but in anticipation of his newest tape "C.K.E.N.T Corey Killed Every Nigga Track" we decided to do another one. This interview is also apart of his "C.K.E.N.T Week" on the blog. This is our interview. $FD.

1. Where are you from?
- Virginia but my dad was in the military so we lived everywhere.
2. What was the feeling like when you first heard a hip hop song?
- I don't remember when I first listened to rap but in 9th grade I stopped listening to the radio and got hip to the other shit.
3. Who do you look up to in the rap game?
- The people I look up to the most is Currensy x Birdman x Lil Wayne x Dom Kennedy I like their business moves. Especially Dom because he sticks to his murals.
4. What is your dream collab?
- Me x Coldplay.
5. How long did it take you to record your upcoming mixtape " C.K.E.N.T?
- It was two weeks of going in on freestyles and the mixing process is extensive and aggravating AS FUCK!!!
6. Who all did you work with on this tape?- Brandon Thomas x DJ BlackBoy x DJ Kay Atl x Malcolm Fareli.
7. What can people expect from you on "C.K.E.N.T"?
- Freestyle over industry and indie beats.
8. If you weren't rapping what would you be doing?
- I like putting events together and just marketing in general.
9. Besides rapping what else do you do?
- Smoke a lot x play sports.
10. Who is the best rapper in the game to you?
- Lil Wayne.
11. What experiences in life have made you who you are today?
- Moving around a lot x being told no and doing shit on my own!!

- How Fly - Curren$y x Wiz Khalifa & MyloXylo - Coldplay

14. What was the first rhyme you ever wrote?
- A freestyle to Drake's Best I Ever Had and it was called " Hating On My Swag"
15.Does being in college help your music in anyway?
- No, it honestly hurt myself because its a cushion to fall back on.
16.When everything is said and done what do you want GOD to say to you?
- That he was proud.
