Rookies Of Atlanta Interview w/ @Brandon2Nice

In this installment of "Rookies Of Atlanta" interview series we got to interview 17 year old up and coming rapper Brandon2Nice. 
1. Where are you from?
 - I'm the only person in my family that was born in Atlanta. My family is all from New York though.
2. What made you start rapping?
 - I originally started out as a visual artist with drawing and painting, but i was surrounded by music growing up so i started rapping an producing eventually as another outlet of self-expression.
3. Who do you like collaborating with?
 - I like collaborating with artist that have an eclectic ear for music like i do. I like to work with artist that like to think outside the box and take a different approach towards a record.
4. Where did you get your rap name from?
 - My rap names my real name. I've had tons of names an i was never really comfortable with any of them. So now it's like, just my real name. That's as me as it gets!
5. Since your 17 does school interfere with your music or the other way around?
 - I don't really let anything interfere with my craft. I'll make beats and write in class if i have to!
6. Do you see longevity in this?
 -  Hell yeah! I'm taking the throne. I'm an all around artist, an i try to be as versatile as possible. I'll even have a band soon.
7. If you could go to any country in the world where would you go?
 - Maybe Amsterdam, cause i heard there's good weed and bad hoes! But if not, then somewhere else amazing. I want to travel the world one day. I'm part Trinidadian and Puerto Rican so i'll definitely go to those countries and visit fam.
8. Who do you want to work with?
 -  Nas, Erykah Badu, Black Eyed Peas, Tribe Called Quest, Kanye. Shit, so many legends. But as far as artist on the come up, Rob Roy, Tuki Carter, ScottyATL, Key!, Joey Badass, and way more
9. What experiences in life have made you who you are today?
 - There's so many experiences that have made me think of life differently. Really, just living this shit everyday learning new things and being exposed to more culture.
10. When everything is said and done what do you want GOD to say to you?
 - Hmm, haven't really thought about that! Maybe he should tell me his favorite songs by me! An help me create the next dope genre, besides rap! Idk yet!
